PC3I Welcomes New Faculty and Fellows
July 30, 2025The Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation (PC3I) proudly welcomes the addition of six Innovation Faculty members, three Innovation Fellows, and two Visiting Faculty members. The eleven new PC3I members join our team of top researchers, innovators, and multidisciplinary thought leaders dedicated to creating, testing, and scaling solutions to address the most intractable problems in cancer care.
Innovation Faculty
Change agents actively working to create, test, and scale solutions in cancer care delivery.
Stefan Barta, MD, MS
Dr. Barta’s research and clinical expertise lies in diagnosing, managing, and treating lymphoma with a particular focus on identifying biomarkers and new therapeutic targets to improve outcomes for T-cell lymphomas, cutaneous lymphomas, and HIV related lymphomas.

Angela Bradbury, MD
Dr. Bradbury is an NIH-funded physician-scientist whose current studies include evaluating a range of digital tools in delivery of genetic services and return of genetic research results, including web-based multi-media interventions, chatbots and the use of Artificial intelligence to reduce provider time and improve patient outcomes.

Rebecca Boswell, PhD
Dr. Boswell leads multidisciplinary medical and psychological teams coordinating care across the Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center, including in oncology, eating disorders, gastroenterology, and sleep medicine, with the aim of improving access to specialized mental health care and enhancing population health.

Jie Deng, PhD, RN, OCN, FAAN
Dr. Deng is a Professor of Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania whose research focuses on long-term cancer survivorship, lymphedema management strategies, self-management in cancer survivors, and health care delivery.

Ryan Massa, MD
Dr. Massa is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Hematology at the Perelman School of Medicine. His research focuses on improving therapeutic strategies and access to high quality care for patients living with cancer.

Aditi Singh, MD
Dr. Singh’s clinical and research interests focus on leveraging health informatics and electronic health records to enhance care for patients with cancer. Her clinical expertise lies in lung, head, and neck cancers with a special interest in neuroendocrine tumors of the lung.

Doctoral or pre-doctoral candidates across Penn devoted to cancer care delivery research.
Henry K. Litt, MD
Henry K. Litt, MD is a Hematology/Oncology Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania who is interested in leveraging digital tools and artificial intelligence to improve care delivery and decision-making for patients with cancer.

Satvik Tripathi
Satvik Tripathi is researcher in the Department of Radiology and Radiation Oncology at the Perelman School of Medicine. His work focuses on the development, implementation, and evaluation of artificial intelligence tools that enhance clinical decision-making, improve workflow efficiency, and promote equitable access to high-quality patient care.

Teja Voruganti, MD, PhD
Teja Voruganti, MD, PhD is a Hematology/Oncology Fellow at the Abramson Cancer Center. He is interested in studying cancer treatment outcomes, patterns of care, and continuity of care to inform decisions affecting both his own patients and those globally.

Visiting Faculty
External change agents contributing to PC3I’s vibrant intellectual environment.
Christopher Booth, MD, FRCPC
Visiting from Queen’s University through June 2026, Dr. Booth’s research focuses on access, quality, and value of cancer care in Canada and globally. In his clinical practice he provides care to patients with gastrointestinal cancers.

Maija Reblin, PhD
Visiting from the University of Vermont through June 2026, Dr. Reblin’s research focuses on understanding social contexts of advanced cancer family caregivers and using this knowledge to develop strengths-based interventions to support caregivers and caregiver-patient dyads.
