Kerry Coughlin

Ms. Coughlin manages innovation initiatives focused on transforming the clinical and patient experience. She also manages internal and external center communications and plans and leads efforts to strength and expand faculty and fellow engagement.
Prior to joining Penn, Ms. Coughlin managed and expanded community engagement, volunteer, and event programming at Philadelphia-based nonprofit HIAS Pennsylvania. She has held positions in software implementation and project management, and served in the U.S. Peace Corps in the Republic of Moldova.
Ms. Coughlin received her bachelor’s degree in comparative literature from Hamilton College and her master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania.
