Hannah Toneff, MSW, MA

Project Manager, Dept. of Family Medicine and Community Health

Hannah Toneff, MSW, MA, is a Project Manager in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Pennsylvania. She assists with coordinating several studies focused on optimizing cancer prevention and screening processes and works with PC3I faculty and staff on projects that test the effects of digital technology strategies aimed at improving cancer screening and care. Additionally, she is involved in several qualitative research studies. Prior to joining the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Toneff was a clinical research coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing working in pediatric critical care research and held graduate research positions in qualitative and ethnographic research at Case Western Reserve University.

Ms. Toneff received her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from The Ohio State University, a Master’s Degree in Medical Anthropology from the Case Western Reserve University, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
