Tasnim Salam, MBE, MPH

Former Clinical Research Coordinator, Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation

Tasnim Salam, MBE, MPH served as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation (PC3I) at the Abramson Cancer Center. Ms. Salam coordinated research projects within the center focusing on implementation science, behavioral economics, and evidence-based practices. She coordinated our serious illness conversations project across the Abramson Cancer Center.

Prior to joining PC3I, Ms. Salam held various research positions at Penn within areas of food policy, social determinants of health, equity, health economics, and cancer research. Her background in ethics and public health fuel her passion to advance research. Ms. Salam received her bachelor’s degrees in psychology and biology from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and her master’s degrees in bioethics and public health from the University of Pennsylvania.
