Jesse Tindall, MBE, ASQ CSSYB, FACHE

Director, Shared Services Clinics, Penn Medicine Cancer Service Line

Jesse Tindall, MBE, ASQ CSSYB, FACHE currently serves as the Director, Shared Services Clinics, for the Cancer Service Line at Penn Medicine. In this role, Jesse is responsible for the oversight of both clinic operations and access for the shared services clinics currently located at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, Valley Forge, Radnor, West Chester, Kennett Square, and Exton.

 

Jesse began her career at Penn Medicine in 2012 as a Patient Services Associate in the Cancer Service Line. After supporting patients and families with complex oncology appointment coordination for several years, Jesse began her leadership career in 2014. She held roles in practice operations leadership such as a Practice Coordinator, Practice Manager, and Administrator of Practice Operations. Before her current role as Director of Shared Services Clinics, Jesse focused on reimagining new patient access operations as Director of Access & Quality for the Cancer Service Line. In the Director of Access & Quality role, she led teams through innovation projects to improve patient, staff, and provider experience.

 

Jesse received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University, majoring in philosophy and minoring in business administration. Jesse then obtained a master’s in Bioethics from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Jesse is a lifelong learner and has achieved certification in health care innovation through the University of Pennsylvania and a six sigma certification through the American Society for Quality.
