About the Program
PC3I’s Program in Precision Oncology is led by Dr. Charu Aggarwal. The Program aims to drive system-wide implementation of precision oncology, with a particular focus on reaching newly diagnosed patients who qualify for evidence-based biomarker testing, with the goal of ensuring that all eligible and appropriate patients receive targeted therapies in a timely manner.
Charu Aggarwal MD, MPH
Dr. Aggarwal is the Director of Precision Medicine Innovation at the Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation (PC3I), and the Leslye Heisler Professor for Lung Cancer Excellence at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine, where she also serves as Section Chief of Thoracic and Head and Neck Oncology in the Division of Hematology-Oncology.
