About the Program
PC3I’s Program in Implementation Innovation is led by Dr. Oluwadamilola Fayanju. The Program aims to improve health outcomes by translating trial-generated outcomes into real-world health environments and by transforming processes and procedures within cancer care delivery.
Oluwadamilola “Lola” Fayanju, MD, MA, MPHS, FACS
Oluwadamilola “Lola” Fayanju, MD, MA, MPHS, FACS, is the Director in of the Program in Implementation Innovation at the Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation (PC3I). She is the inaugural Helen O. Dickens Presidential Professor at the Perelman School of Medicine, Surgical Director of the Rena Rowan Breast Center, and the Chief of the Division of Breast Surgery for Penn Medicine.
