Feyisope Eweje, MD, MBA, is an Innovation Fellow at the Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation (PC3I) and an Internal Medicine resident at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is interested in developing and deploying artificial intelligence to improve precision oncology and cancer care delivery, with a recent focus on digital pathology biomarkers and clinical trial matching. His research on AI-based spatial pathology biomarkers has been published in journals including Nature, Nature Medicine, and Cell and presented at ASCO. Drawing on training across engineering, medicine, and business, he is especially motivated to bridge the gap between AI developers and practicing oncologists.
Feyisope received his SB in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and his MD from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
