Clinical Research Coordinator, Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation
Dan Ragusano is a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation at the Abramson Cancer Center. He works on innovation projects that aim to improve the way cancer care is administered to patients.
Prior to joining PC3I, Mr. Ragusano held various positions in public health, with a focus on nutrition, health education, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, and health education. He worked at the Nevada County Department of Public Health in California where he oversaw health education regarding SNAP benefits and supported the filing of accurate birth and death records. He is also a two-time Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, having served in Cambodia and Zambia.
Mr. Ragusano holds a BS in microbiology, immunology, and molecular genetics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is currently enrolled in the Master’s of Public Health program at the University of Pennsylvania.
